B.B.A., LL.B. Five year integrated Law Degree

Bachelor of business administration & Bachelor of legislative law is a five-year integrated course that consists of two interrelating subjects wherein aspirants are taught subjects related to Business Administration as well as Law. As part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) LLB course aspirants are first taught Commerce subjects such as Principles of Management, Financial Accounting and Effective Communication etc. Thereafter, aspirants are taught law subjects like Constitutional Law, International Law, Administrative Law, Property Law, Taxation Law, Company Law, Torts Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Human Rights Law, International Economic Law, Procedural Law, Family Law, etc., and the likes. The duration of the course is 5 years which consists of 10 semesters of study. Candidates having a minimum of 45% in 10+2 are eligible to apply for this course, the selection for the same is based on merit.

Course Details

B.B.A., LL.B. is an integrated double degree Course that combines Bachelors' degree course in Business Administration together with the Bachelors' Degree in Law. The Duration of the Course is five years consisting of ten semesters. Each academic year is divided into two semesters. Medium of Instruction is English and Kannada.

Eligibility

An applicant who has completed Pre-University Course or Senior Secondary School Course (+2) from a recognized University of India or equivalent thereto is eligible for admission for the first semester of Five year B.B.A., LL.B. Degree program.
Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination shall not be below 45% in case of GM students 42% in case of OBC and 40% in case of SC and ST applicants.

SSLC/10th and PUC/12th Original marks statements along with 2 sets of photocopies
Transfer Certificate
Cast and income certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC)
Migration Certificate (for Non-Karnataka Students)
Provisional Degree Certificate/ Convocation Certificate.
Disability Certificate in the case of physically handicapped.
